Internationalization Strategy Workshop

The Ilim Yayma Awards Internationalization Strategy Workshop brought together approximately 220 academics, institutional representatives, and entrepreneurs from both Turkey and abroad at the Sheraton Grand Istanbul Ataşehir on October 3, 2026.

The workshop was held with the participation of Mr. Necmeddin Bilal Erdoğan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Ilim Yayma Foundation; Prof. Dr. İdris Sarısoy, Chairman of the Ilim Yayma Awards Committee; and Mr. Yusuf Tülün, Chairman of the Ilim Yayma Society.

Our Center Director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gürbüz Çomak, contributed to the evaluations by participating in a working group that addressed various topics, particularly the vision, scope, and categories of the awards.

As a center, we attach great importance to participating in platforms that bridge the academic and entrepreneurial ecosystems, as this enables us to enhance the sharing of knowledge and experience, foster new collaborations, and strengthen our international networks.
